Clean, comfortable, and all at the front of the building.

Nine rooms — three doubles, a king, a single, two twin/double flex rooms, a family room and a two-bedroom family suite on the top floor — plus a two-bedroom self-catering apartment on the lower ground. Every room is en-suite with shower, WC and wash hand basin, double glazed and centrally heated, with crisp clean white bedding, coverless Nightowl duvets washed on every changeover, a hospitality tray, free wi-fi, a flat screen TV, hairdryer, ironing facilities, and a selection of luxury toiletries on arrival.

Whitby does the rest: a quaint maritime town of cobbled streets, a picturesque harbour and a blue flag beach, with modern stylish bars, cafes and restaurants adding to the atmosphere. We're a short walk from all of it, on a quiet corner where you'll actually sleep.
